📋 How to request data deletion: You can request deletion of your data and account from Rselo by following the steps below. We will process your request within 30 days of receipt.

1. What Data Can Be Deleted?

Personal account data (name, email, phone number).
Organization data.
Uploaded contacts.
Message and event logs.

2. What Data Cannot Be Deleted?

We may need to retain certain data for legal compliance (e.g., billing records) or dispute resolution. This data will be retained for the maximum period permitted by law.

3. How to Submit a Request

We will verify your identity within 3 business days.
Data will be deleted within 30 days of verification.
We will send a confirmation email upon completion.

4. Important Notes

Deleting your Rselo account does not automatically delete your associated WhatsApp Business account. You must manage your WhatsApp account independently via Meta Business Manager.
Confirmation: An email will be sent confirming your data deletion.
