Rselo does not guarantee approval for every template or account; approvals are controlled by Meta review and policies.

Terms of Service

📋 Summary: By using Rselo (WhatsApp Business API gateway), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

"Rselo" (referred to as "the Platform", "we", "the Service") — An intermediary gateway that acts as an interface between the client and Meta Cloud API for providing WhatsApp Business API services.

"Client" — Any person or entity that registers on the Platform and uses the Service.

"Meta" — Meta Platforms, Inc. (owner of WhatsApp).

2. Service Description

Rselo provides an API interface that allows clients to send and receive WhatsApp Business messages through the official Meta Cloud API infrastructure. Services include: template management, marketing campaigns, webhook reception, and WhatsApp account management.

3. Client Obligations

By using the Service, the Client acknowledges and agrees to:

Comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations.
Comply with WhatsApp Business policies and Meta's core policies.
Obtain recipient consent before sending marketing messages.
Not send illegal, harmful, or policy-violating content.
Maintain compliance and consent records.
Assume full responsibility for message content sent through their account.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without any express or implied warranties. Rselo is not liable for:

Any interruption or downtime of WhatsApp/Meta services.
Meta's rejection of template or account approval.
Indirect or consequential damages arising from Service use.
Content of messages sent by the Client.

5. Payment & Billing

Subscription fees and usage fees may apply based on the selected plan. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided. Prices may change with prior notice.

6. Termination

Either the Client or Rselo may terminate the Service with 30 days written notice. Rselo may terminate immediately if:

Violation of these Terms or Meta policies.
Non-payment.
Client's WhatsApp account is revoked by Meta.
Illegal or fraudulent activity.

7. Disclaimer

Rselo is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or WhatsApp LLC. All trademarks are property of their respective owners. The Service is provided as a technical intermediary only, and Rselo is not responsible for Meta's or WhatsApp's decisions regarding account or template approval.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably, then through competent judicial authorities.
