• WhatsApp Business Account Data: WABA ID, Phone Number ID, Business ID — used to connect your organization's WhatsApp account.
• Webhook Data: Event logs and data sent via webhooks to update message status.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Providing the WhatsApp Business API service and managing accounts.

• Account Identifiers: WABA ID, Phone Number ID, Business ID.
• End-User Data: Phone numbers of contacts who receive messages (sent by you, not Rselo).

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for up to 90 days after account deletion, unless longer retention is required by law. Webhook event logs are retained for 30 days for diagnostic purposes.
